Relays for Inclusion!

Noon-6pm
Come celebrate and empower individuals of all abilities at our exciting, inclusive event.
Our day will be filled with:
– Adaptive Relay Races: Witness the thrilling races where every participant is a champion.
– Interactive Activities: Engage in fun, hands-on experiences for all ages and abilities.
– Community Connections: 20+ local organizations will be present, offering information on programs, support groups, and a variety of giveaways, including free therapy service hours/consults, AAC devices, wheelchairs, sensory toys, and more.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the whole community to come together and support an environment where every individual can thrive.

FEAT Friends Play Group

Come out and join us at the next FEAT Friends Playgroup. The fee is $13 and registration is required. This play group is for children with autism ages 10 and under. Parents can exchange resources, information, and words of encouragement to each other. Kids have a fun time socializing and playing together. FEAT Family Swim
March 9 @ 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Join us for a FEAT Family Swim at Goldfish Swim School. They offer an indoor swimming pool heated to a tropical 90° year-round and State-of-the-art water purification system to keep the pools clean and sanitary. All pools are designed exclusively for kids with tropical décor, toys, and safety features and kid-friendly amenities like a hair drying station, swimsuit dryers & private changing rooms.
Easter Eggstravaganza

Join us for our annual FEAT Easter Eggstravaganza with Down Syndrome of Louisville. Hop into the fun! There will be an egg hut, crafts, face painting, refreshments and a special visit from the Easter Bunny!
Our fan-favorite Mom’s Night Out is back, and this time we’re throwing a PAJAMA PARTY! Dress in your comfiest, coziest jammies, and join us for a fabulous lineup of totally relaxing and totally pampered activities plus a delicious meal—all free to mommas of children with disabilities! We think it’s time for you to take a break, so join us for a night of relaxation, connection, and fun. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and you will have the opportunity to sign up for optional massage, yoga, and connection room time slots after checking in.
In an effort to allow as many moms as possible to experience Mom’s Night Out, registration for moms who have not yet attended an MNO will open at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 6th. Registration for all others will begin at 12 p.m. that same day. PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a confirmation email from tyler@barrenheights.org within three business days of your registration. The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth are inviting adults with IDD ages 18 and up with their Caregivers to enjoy a day retreat with The Flowers Blooming Ministry at The SCN campus in Bardstown Kentucky hers is the address! 40 West Dr, Nazareth, KY 40048 We will have prayer, fellowship, Bingo, and crafts! Saturday, July 19th from 1pm to 4pm. We will also have some resources from Families For Effective Autism Treatment available! If you all would like to come let me know.
